Every great restaurant begins with a spark, for Oak & Smoke, it began with fire, oak, and the vision of a chef who believed BBQ could be more than just food.
Our chef’s journey was shaped by a lifelong passion for grilling not with shortcuts, not with gas or electric, but with the slow, honest craft of real oak wood. To him, oak wasn’t just fuel. It was tradition. It was flavourful. It was the key to unlocking the depth and richness that only true smoke can bring.
From the very beginning, his dream was simple yet ambitious: to share the greatness of oak-fired BBQ with every person in London. To create a place where flavour lingers, where each bite carries the soul of smoke, and where authenticity is more than a promise, it’s a standard.
At Oak & Smoke, our menu reflects. It is intentionally small, carefully curated, and entirely dedicated to BBQ. Every single dish is precise, crafted with intention, and built on quality because when food is prepared with passion, less is truly more.
